Terms of service
These terms cover the purchase and use of the Reactive Dog Field Kit and anything else sold through this store. By ordering, you accept them.
What you are buying
A one-time purchase of digital files: PDFs and a Google Sheets template. There is no subscription, no trial and no auto-renewal. Nothing to cancel. Future updates to the Kit are included at no extra cost, for as long as the Kit is sold.
Delivery
Files are delivered by email immediately after payment. If nothing has arrived within 15 minutes, check your spam folder and then email us — we will send the files directly.
How you may use the Kit
The Kit is licensed to you, not sold. You may:
- Use it for your own dogs, print it as often as you like, and keep it forever.
- Share it inside your own household — your partner, your dog walker and your sitter may use the same copy. This is the household license described on the sales page.
You may not resell it, republish it, share it publicly or with other households, or use its contents in a paid product, course or service of your own. Professional trainers and behaviorists who want to use it with clients should email us for a licence.
Not veterinary or behavioural advice
The Kit is educational material. It is not veterinary advice and does not replace a veterinary behaviorist, a qualified trainer or a veterinarian. It is not intended for dogs with a bite history: that situation needs a professional working with you in person. You remain responsible for your dog, for the choices you make on a walk, and for the safety of the people and animals around you.
No promised outcome
The Kit describes a method and a way of measuring progress. Dogs, owners and situations differ, and we do not promise a specific result or timeline. What we do promise is the 30-day refund described in our Refund policy.
Prices, payment and tax
Prices are shown in US dollars and charged at checkout by our payment provider. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time; the price you paid is the price that applies to your order.
Your data
What we collect and why is set out in our Privacy policy.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for anything connected with the Kit is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. If you bought as a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and may bring proceedings there.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order.
