How to ask for a refund

Send one email to the address on our Contact page from the address you used at checkout, and say you'd like a refund. You don't have to explain why, fill in anything, or return the files. We process refunds within 5 business days, back to the payment method you used. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.

You keep the bonuses

The Muzzle Fortnight, the Behaviorist Brief and the Emergency One-Pager are yours whether you keep the Kit or not. We won't ask for them back.

Digital products and your right to withdraw

The Field Kit is digital content, delivered immediately after purchase. Under EU consumer law, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content ends once delivery has begun with your consent, which you give at checkout. The 30-day guarantee above is offered voluntarily and is more generous than that statutory right — it does not replace or limit any right you have under the law of your country.
